Did You Know Paper and Other Things in Your Office Hold Emotion?

OK, you may be thinking that I've lost my mind in telling you that paper holds emotion.  Maybe I have!  However, I also know that when I'm working with my clients, letting go is extremely hard for most. 

So why is it so hard?  There is emotion to it!

As you are looking to simplify and move your business to the next level, be prepared to face a sense of loss as you let go of certain possessions. The sense of relief you feel afterwards will compensate for the feeling of loss.

Sometimes not getting a task done really is okay and other times it is a symptom of something going awry in your business.

I love hearing what is on your mind and I often ask questions on my Facebook page and then share tips and strategies right there.  Sometimes, I'll share thoughts here that come from those conversations.

So I asked:

I would love to know what is YOUR biggest challenge to GETTING IT ALL DONE?

They shared:

That awful P word-Procrastination. What I have come to learn is that being more specific about what I want to accomplish aids in tackling this everytime.

WOW! This is good stuff! For me I think it would be staying Focused and not veering off into a zone that is not mine. But then that goes back into priorities and that stems from understanding your values, your business mission,and your market. Sometimes though it is really hard.

Simple 5-10 Minute Task That Could Save You Hours - Learn From My Mistake!

Today, I'll share the story of the HOURS we lost in productivity that could have been saved by a simple 5-10 minute task.

You see that graphic to the right?  That was from the first set of graphics my designer made for my recently released program. 

We were all set and had even began promoting the program when we were contacted and told we could not use our program name.  As a matter of fact, we should stop using it immediately.
